We are finally sharing this experience with you and it wasn’t a good one! We go way back in the video archives for this one! This was the worst RV repair experience we have ever had. We are sharing it with you so you can learn with us and know that life on the road isn’t always mountains, beaches and adventures. Watch the video above and let us know what you think below or in the video comments.
So how could we have avoided this situation? What could we have done differently? I think the research was solid on this dealer and we really thought it was an excellent choice. But, we could have choose to take the RV somewhere else or we could have picked it up after the first big issue. Or was this whole situation just bad luck?
Why is RV service so bad? When I recorded this video I was near Orlando Florida. As usual, I had a list of small to large items that needed repair on the RV. So I called 3 mobile RV repair services and left messages. That was weeks ago and none of them have called me back. Seriously!
So I am doing as many of the repairs myself as I can. We are saving money, but certainly not my time.
We know not all RV repair services are like this so we are seriously looking for RV dealers and RV repair services that offer great customer service. If you have an RV dealer or RV repair service to recommend, please add that to the comments so that we know where to go and this article becomes a resource for others as well.
We have shared a few challenging experiences with you guys now. So should we quit the RV lifestyle? Some people say RV life is too challenging? Well life is a challenge. If you are alive, you are going to have challenges. And we believe everything happens for a reason. That RV dealer may have saved our lives by finding that other issue. Even with challenges like this we still love this lifestyle and wouldn’t change it for anything, well, almost anything ha ha!

Safe travels friends!

It’s a challenge finding reliable RV repair services but new ones are popping up all the time, especially with more people RV living fulltime. Good luck!
